Personalization

How to customize a product?

Choose your item, fill in the personalization fields (first name, photo, date or message, photo), then add it to your cart. We'll take care of the rest with the utmost care.

Can I see a preview before production?

Some products offer an instant preview. For others, our team ensures a harmonious and elegant layout. If necessary, we will contact you for validation.

Order and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are protected by SSL protocol.

Is payment secure?

Yes, your payment is 100% secure thanks to our encryption system. Your data is confidential and protected.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Manufacturing takes 5 to 7 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver to France and several European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Free delivery with no minimum purchase.

Modification and returns

Can I change my order after placing it?

If the order is not yet in production, contact us quickly to make a change. Once launched, we will no longer be able to modify it.

Do you accept returns for personalized products?

Personalized items are not eligible for return unless we made an error or are defective. Contact us and we will find a solution.
